Payments
The easiest way to pay your rent is to have your rent automatically deducted from your Centrelink benefit using Centrepay. To do this, you will need to contact Centrelink and sign a Centrepay deduction form.
You can set up a direct debit with your bank. You will find the account details and reference on your lease agreement.
You may go into the bank and directly deposit the rent into our account using your reference number. If you cannot remember your reference number – you will need to contact our office. (If a payment is made without a reference number it may not be allocated correctly)
You can use internet banking to transfer rent from your account to ours.

It might be good idea to pay a couple of extra dollars with your rental payment in case you find yourself in hardship in the future. Whilst you must be in advance of your rent, you should not be more than 4 weeks in advance; as you can’t make any withdrawals from your rental account.
A monthly rent statement will be posted or emailed to you depending on your preference.
It is very important to contact us as soon as possible if you are having trouble paying your rent.
