Tenants
In order to have a successful tenancy you must make sure that your rent is kept up to date. Your home must be maintained by keeping it clean and tidy state and make sure that you report any maintenance issues as soon as they occur.
Sometimes there can be are issues occurring in your life that can have an impact on your ability to sustain your tenancy. If you are having difficulties and would like some extra support please get in contact with as soon as possible. Sometimes an honest conversation can reduce the risk of contact with the tenancy tribunal over things such as non payment of rent or damages to the property.
We can even offer you assistance under a supported tenancy arrangement. Through a supported tenancy we can offer ongoing support, case management and referrals to appropriate services and agencies.
You may have no issues and are just happy enjoying your tenancy. As is the case for many of our tenants. We encourage you to continue to pay your rent and take care of your home and thank you for being a great tenant.
