If you are a low to moderate income earner, you may be eligible to apply for housing with Gunida Gunyah. Before applying for housing, you need to make sure that you have recent copies of the following documents, to present with your housing application.

Income statements for all adult people listed in the application
Rental References (no older than 12 months)
Rental Statements/receipts
Confirmation of Aboriginality
Two forms of identification

How To Apply

You can download an application online, or by requesting an application form in person at our office, via email or by post.

It is important to note that Gunida Gunyah does not provide emergency or priority housing at this current point in time. To ensure that your application stays active on the waiting list, please ensure that you update your contact details including your telephone numbers and address, with Gunida Gunyah Aboriginal Corporation if they change at any time. The Status of your application will be reviewed every six months and an update will be sent out to you using the contact details you have provided. Failure to respond to these updates will result in your application being removed from the waiting list.
